Shipping policy
Processing time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping times:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days after processing
- International: 7–15 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs
Shipping rates:
- Free shipping on orders over $60
- Flat rate of $5.90 on orders under $60
Customs & duties (international orders): For orders shipped outside the seller's country, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.
Delays: Occasionally shipping carriers experience delays outside our control (customs, weather, peak seasons). If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.
